Property Address: 40 Strangers Lane, Canterbury, Kent

Client: Mr & Mrs Oliver

Brief: We worked with our clients to undertake the updating of internal doors and the replacement of the dated bathroom.

Our client’s brief was to remove and replace all internal doors with new 4-pane pine doors and install white ceramic door knobs, brass hinges and bolt latches.

Due to the steepness of the internal staircase a pine handrail was installed alongside the internal wall; this provided a support for our client’s safety when descending from the first floor.

The dated bathroom was completely renewed. A new Mira Power Shower was installed, to replace the bath, with a purpose-made shower unit and the provision of seating; partitioning was erected between the shower and the toilet areas.

The new white suite included a WC with dual flush, and basin and pedestal; the entire bathroom was tiled to both walls and floor.
